This page explains how MasterPeace (“we,” “us”) handles your purchase, your personal information, and your use of masterpeaceglobal.com and the Master Peace reading app (together, the “Site”). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to this policy. We may update it from time to time; the date above always shows the latest version.
Purchases & refunds
14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll give you a full refund. No questions, no hard feelings.
To ask for a refund, write to master@masterpeaceglobal.com from the email address you used to order, and include your name.
What you're buying
The Master Peace eBook, and, if you add it, the audiobook narrated by the authors. Both are digital products. Nothing is shipped: you read and listen in your personal online reader.
Payment
- All prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by PayPal, with a PayPal account or a debit or credit card. We never see or store your card details.
- Your order is complete once PayPal confirms the payment.
Delivery
Right after payment, you'll get your personal reading link on the confirmation page and by email, together with your receipt. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or write to us and we'll resend it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card.
Mistakes and interruptions
If there's an obvious error in a price or product description, or events beyond our control prevent us from delivering, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Privacy
What we collect
- What you give us: your name and email address when you order or sign up, and anything you write to us.
- Purchase details: what you bought, the amount, and the PayPal transaction ID. Card and bank details stay with PayPal; we never receive them.
- Automatic information: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser, device, and the pages you visit, and your reading progress inside the reader app, so the book opens where you left off.
How we use it
- To deliver your book, send your receipt, and give you support.
- To send you letters from Adi and Saray about the book, our programs, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click at the bottom of every email. Service messages about your purchase are sent regardless.
- To keep the Site secure, understand what works, and improve it.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations, such as keeping sales records.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site, such as payment processing (PayPal), email delivery, website hosting, and invoicing. They use it only to provide their service to us. Some of these providers are located outside your country. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, remember your preferences, and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site may then not work.
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel to measure how our ads perform: they record visits to the Site and completed purchases. When you buy, we also share the purchase with Meta and TikTok directly from our server, together with your email address in hashed (unreadable) form, so Meta and TikTok can match the purchase to the ad you saw. We do not share your payment details. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're a customer or subscriber, and after that only as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from our emails whenever you like. Just write to us. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept by law even after a deletion request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we keep improving them. No system is completely secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Terms of use
Your personal copy
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to read and listen to the book for your own use. Please don't share your reading link or your access with others, and don't copy, resell, publish, record, or distribute the book, the audiobook, or any content from the Site. All content, design, and trademarks belong to MasterPeace and the authors, Adi Orpaz and Saray Nussinovich-Racz, and are protected by copyright.
Using the Site
- Use the Site for personal, lawful purposes only.
- Don't use bots or automated tools to copy or collect content from the Site.
- We work to keep the Site available at all times, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or pause parts of it for maintenance.
- We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
No guarantees of results
Master Peace offers principles, practical tools, and inspiration to help you move toward your dreams. Your results depend on you and the choices you make, so we can't promise any specific outcome or income. The book is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using the Site or its content, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content.
If part of this policy doesn't apply
If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the rest of it stays in effect.
